100% Noam will be indicted for public corruption over what is documented in Chuck’s memo and the Advisory Opinion. It is a felony for an elected official to use their political office to obtain something of value. In this case, Noam sought to increase his salary from $110,000 to $210,000 with a corresponding massive increase in his pension.
That can be charged as an A Felony with up to 25 years in prison.
